The purpose of the data processing is to enable the operator to contact interested parties through the contact forms on the website (request for proposal, contact) and thus to market its services.

4. Data processing principles

The operator of annamariathomas.hu (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) will only process personal data to which the user has given his/her prior consent and has been duly informed about the method, purpose and principles of data collection. The Operator processes personal data only for specific purposes, for the exercise of rights and the fulfilment of obligations. The processing of data is carried out with a clear purpose for the users and the data is kept only for the necessary period of time.

5. Data management on the website

The controller, together with the server operators, shall ensure the security of the data by technical, organisational and organisational measures that provide a level of protection appropriate to the risks associated with the processing.

8. Your rights regarding data processing

You have the following rights in relation to data processing:

8.1. Access

You can request information on whether the operator is processing your personal data. If the operator processes your personal data, you have the right to access information about: (i) the purposes of the processing; (ii) the categories of personal data concerned; (iii) the personal data processed; (iv) the recipients or future recipients of the personal data; (v) the envisaged duration or criteria for determining the storage of the personal data; (vi) your rights in relation to your personal data; (vii) the right to lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

8.2. Correction

You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

8.3. Deletion

We will erase your personal data unless the processing is necessary for: (i) the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information; (ii) compliance with a legal obligation to process personal data or the performance of a task carried out in the public interest; (iii) the public interest in the sphere of public health; (iv) archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes, or statistical purposes; or (v) the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We will erase your data if (i) we no longer need the data for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, (ii) there is no overriding reason for processing, (iii) your personal data has been unlawfully processed.

8.4. Limitation

In the case of restriction of processing, the operator may process your data, except for storage, only with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or the protection of another person’s rights or important public interests of the European Union or a Member State. You will be informed of the lifting of the restriction prior to its lifting.

8.5. Objection

You may object to the processing of your data on the grounds of legitimate interest. Thomas Annamária may then no longer process the personal data, unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

8.6. Right to data portability

The right does not apply where it would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.

8.7. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw your consent in the same simple way as you have previously given it. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place before the withdrawal.
